This policy outlines a generic return approach for devices, accessories, staging materials, and kitted hardware handled through Link Logic Solutions.
Return authorization
Returns should be coordinated before hardware is shipped back. Email info@link-logic.net with the project name, device or kit identifiers, reason for return, and any carrier or shipment details.
Condition and contents
Returned kits should include the device, accessories, SIMs where applicable, labels, and packaging materials requested for the project. Missing, damaged, locked, or unmanaged hardware may require additional review.
Data and lock status
Before return, devices should be removed from user accounts, passcodes, activation locks, and management restrictions unless the agreed workflow says otherwise.
Do not send sensitive user data unless required by a written project process.
Project-specific terms
Carrier, manufacturer, reseller, warranty, or customer agreement terms may control the final return outcome. This page does not override a written agreement or third-party return policy.
